House Rules

Respectful groups only! If you are thinking about using my home to host parties, gatherings, get-togethers or inviting unregistered guests, you should think twice before booking my home.

- No parties/events.

- No guests other than guests registered through Airbnb who are staying at the house are permitted.

- No pets.

-No amplified or loud music.

-Quiet hours 10:00pm - 8:00am so please enjoy the indoors during those hours. This is a quiet neighborhood and we will not tolerate any disruptance towards the neighbors.

- No loitering in the driveway or anywhere on the property.

- Please park vehicle on the designated driveway without blocking the sidewalk or behind neighbor's car.

-Do a walk through upon check in and if you notice anything in need of repair, let me know, otherwise you may be held accountable for any damages unaccounted for.

-ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OR DRUGS ON THE PROPERTY this includes tobacco, marijuana (medical or otherwise) and vape pens.

- Do not move furniture. If you do, put it back where you originally found it.

- Please don't cook anything with strong smell that will linger for days!

SUMMARY -
This private and comfortable apartment home is equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable long-term or short-term stay including fresh bedding and towels, free Wi-Fi, washer/dryer, TV, coffee/tea, free reserved carport parking, books, fully appointed kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, Keurig Single Cup Coffee Machine, plates, cups, cookware and utensils. Each room is tastefully decorated with a lot of love built into it. There are portable AC in dining and living rooms. Ceiling fans only in both bedrooms.

We have Ring Camera set up outside to monitor the exterior of the building. There is NO (ZERO) cameras inside the Airbnb.

We take pride in our deep cleaning process. Every item, space, and area are sanitized, bleached, washed, shampoo, vacuumed, cleaned, wiped and scrubbed in depth. There are no shortcuts when it comes to our cleaning

Individual booking is responsible for the whole group and enforcing house rules within their group. The person booking also needs to be the person to arrive at the house for check in.

Interaction with guests: You can self check-in and check-out with smart lock for your convenience. I can be reached through Airbnb messaging and you will get a quick reply within 24/7 to help you with anything if necessary.
In addition, if you have issue checking-in with the smart lock, I have RING as the doorbell so I will be able to assist you through RING Video. I am local so can be at the property within minutes.
Neighborhood overview
The area of Hayward is called Hayward Hills which means we are located on top of the hill. It is a safe and extremely quiet family-oriented neighborhood and have great views of the Bay.
Getting around
Uber and Lyft are available in this area.

Hayward BART Station is less than 5 minutes drive. We are centrally located within easy access to Highway 880 South to Silicon Valley
880 North to downtown Oakland and San Francisco
Highway 92 San Mateo Bridge to Belmont, Foster City, Redwood City, Burlingame, etc.,
Highway 580 to Dublin, Pleasanton, San Ramon, Livermore, Tracy, etc.
We're also a few blocks drive to Cal State East Bay Hayward.
Less than 15 minutes to the new Kaiser in San Leandro and Mills College in Oakland.
We’re just a short 25 minutes drive to UC Berkeley.
Meta and Tesla plant is also within 30 minutes drive.
